Every time I go to this office depot, I don't know if he is the manager but on the name tag it says Stephen. He is not professional to me as a customer it just seems like he always has a attitude or he is aggravated when he has to approach a customer. His voice is loud and he does not have a friendly customer service. I just feel if you are going to work in customer service then you should make customers feel welcome. I went to the store on sunday morning to make copies, I did not know how to work the copy machine so I asked for help, Stephen came to the copy machine to help but he was not friendly and it just seems to me like he has a bad attitude and this not the first he has approach me like this. He does not know how to speak to customers and after he finish helping me with the copy machine, I just felt like he was very rude.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I’m not sure who these employees are, yes, I have to agree with you. Eldridge/Westheimer location is horrible. The Customer Service sign should be taken down and replaced with “DIY or pay your first born”. $2.50 for a black/white print if they have to do it. Why have the “service”? Four people standing around doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and make you feel like it’s an inconvenience to assist you. I used the dirty self service machine to print one page black/white for $0.12. I’m a senior citizen and not foolish enough to pay the outrageous $2.50 for the same results. Office Depot should be ashamed of themselves even allowing self service copy machines during this pandemic if they aren’t complying with sanitizing the equipment after each use.
This is probably not being read or falling on deaf ears, but it’s out there.
