An incident occurred at the register during an exchange i was doing . I asked manager why was the price different for two shirts that was EXACTLY the same and she said because they didn't finish tagging, that the price would still be matched at the check out. Manager was checking me out and some other store associate said that one was juniors and the other plus size and noticed the price difference and mentioned it to the manager. Instantly the manager stopped and said" oh no this is five dollars cause it's juniors. I said ma'am I asked you at the rack to confirm pricing and you told me 3.00 for each shirt. She was very rude and snappy about it too. I told her" I'm not buying it, put it back. She threw the shirt to the side with an attitude and continued checking out, even snatched my credit card from my hand . I want corporate to know about it! She needs to be fired for her rudeness and I'm not the only customer that noticed it. Her name was Wendy( that's the name she gave me) the other associates name was Isabella. Rainbow will definitely hear from me again
