Sixt - Customer service

I was discriminated against, I was denied severs. My safety was jeopardized by lying to the dispatcher/police, A hold of over $500 dollars was on my account that took a couple of days to come off, cause financial hardship. I was late getting to my next destination. I paid more money at another car service because I now had no other options. I was embarrassed and humiliated. My reservation was canceled for no service/policy reasons nor was it posted anywhere. I felt depressed and mentally belittled. I got a migraine and it lasted for the rest of the evening due to the stress.

I asked for a quote for a one way rental to San Antonio, tx AirPort three (3) times, then I had to pulled it up on my phone before The agent finally asked the manager if they had a station in San Antonio and she confirmed their was. I asked again for a quote, and was told we don't have any cars. I said ok what do you have? I was told we are booked up at the moment and the only way would be if I had a reservation. I said ok, can you tell me how much and what cars can I pick from with my reservation. The agent said sir we are very busy and for me to check with another car service company. I asked well just process my reservation and the agent said sir can you step aside. I yelled at him, "asking him to process my reservation". The manager then came over and said I don't care what he said and or done I cant yell at her employees and told me I need to leave or I will call the police. I said, "I will leave after you give me a receipt stating my reservation was canceled or you process my reservation". She then threatened me again, by saying if I don't leave she will call the police. I said, "call them". she calls the police and tells them I am being outrageous, belligerent (I never cursed), and that she asked me to leave and I refused to. she continued to state to the police that I was being very aggressive (never touched her employee or moved towards her employee, I never moved from my spot) to her employee, and cursing. I said soon as I get my paperwork (receipt) I will leave. police show up asking what's going on, I explain to the officer what was going on and he ask them to give me a receipt stating the reservation was canceled so he I can leave and the manager said we don't give out receipts, we are a paperless company. Granted, I never agreed to give my email, nor agreed to their terms of service. A second officer arrives and after hearing what's going on, he ask the manager to hand write a receipt, she refused to at first, then called somebody on the phone and then hand wrote a receipt and signed it. upon receiving my receipt I left with out incident. date 4/6/23 at approximately 5;30 pm

Desired outcome: $50k in damages

Sixt - Rental car - additional charges

I leased a car from Venice Airport. I was informed when picking up the car that snow chains would be complimentary as they didn't have any cars with winter tires available.

Once returned I received an invoice which included a 32.74 EURO Charge (plus 16% Supplementary fee) for snow chains and 56.56 EURO for Specialized cleaning (plus 16% Supplementary fee).

I asked to dispute this and asked for the photos. Customer service advised that it would take up to 48 hours for me to hear a response. That was the 11th May 2022. I called back on the 23rd May 2022 as I had not heard back.

The customer representative advised that my dispute had been rejected and the cleaning fee and snow chains fee would stand. I asked for them to send me the photographs and on review the dirt is light mud on the floor mats. This does not require a deep specialized clean. A normal vacuum is suffice. I asked to be sent the policy / agreement that states the criteria for a deep clean and my request was ignored.

Desired outcome: Refunded the full cost of the specialized clean and snow chains.
