Three times this store has given poor customer service. I will not be back. The first time it took them three times to get my order right. The second time my 80 year old parents ordered food and they both had forgotten their debit cards. They gathered up enough change to pay for the food and the employee refused to take the change. Third time was today. I ordered 3 of the new bacon butter burgers (which are not good) and I asked 3 different times if they came with fries and was told three times that they did. Of course when I received my order there were no fries. The employee that delivered my food said there was nothing she could do. I then said I would not be back which is very inconvenient.
