We went to the BK at 2525 Airport Frwy in Irving, TX twice to get some tacos. Our first visit was Friday night on 8/2/19 around 10pm while driving up to the drive-thru an employee wearing the drive-thru headset walked outside and met a couple of guys walking up from the parking lot. They shook hands and then the employee walked back in the store. Seemed suspicious as it looked as if they were up to no good. I don't want to speculate but it looked as if they were there delivering a package of the illicit type. When we went to order we were told they ran out of tacos. Today 8/9/19 at 9:30pm we thought we would go back to the same BK and try the tacos again were told they were out. I called the phone number for the store and let it ring at least 15 times and no answer. We left this BK and went to another location an low and behold they had tacos. If this is a franchised location shame on them they are representing your brand and if this is a corporate store shame on you for not providing proper training to your management staff and their employees. There have been many internet post about the poor service at this location and yet nothing is done about it. As I said this is a reflection of your brand and this store is really not making a good impression. Even though this location is only .5 miles from my home I will not be visiting this location again. I will drive to the other location further away. I really hope you will do your due diligence and conduct a corporate inspection of this location and find out why they have so many bad reviews, customer service, long wait time, etc. I know these are BK standards but they are not being upheld at this location. I hope to hear back from you as to how this will be resolved.
