We ordered a futon from this store! Twice they ordered the wrong futon and twice tried to deliver the wrong futon! The staff has been indifferent and less than honorable in rectifying their salesman's mistakes! We have spent numerous amounts of time on hold and the manager refuses to deal with us in a proper manner! We would NEVER RECOMMEND this store to anyone! They refuse to satisfy the customer! The way they conduct business is just WRONG!
