On 6/23/21, I made an appointment for a haircut and blow dry. Here is my experience.
The bathroom was filthy.
The prices were not as described.
The manager was rude. My daughter tried complimenting her earrings and she ignored her.
The blowdry was mediocre at best.
The cut was uneven, I had to cut the long hairs that she missed at home.
When confronted about the erroneous charges (over $30 more than what I had accepted) the manager replied "I won't change it" and "I'm sorry you feel that way"
I later emailed the Regis salons company for a refund of erroneous charges and after the case was investigated, the manager lied and recounted a different story, saying the prices were discussed and approved.
All around unethical place. I would like a refund and an apology.
