I went to the drive thru for Chicken Express last at the Lancaster, TX location for late dinner. The lights were out in the dining room so I pulled up to menu board and checked my phone to see what time they closed. I had 45 min so I waited till someone came on to see if they would tell me they were closed. I was advised to pull up. I let the lady know I hadn't ordered she said yes, just pull up. So I did. After sitting there a good 7 minutes. I called the store and let the person know I was in line but I never ordered and was just making sure they knew I had not ordered anything. The lady says yes I am the only one working the drive thru so I asked u to pull up. I said okay no problem just making sure I didn't miss something. (I know I heard talking from the car behind me). As I am patiently waiting a lady comes and brings out food to The Car BEHIND me. On her way back I say excuse me I'm sorry I just don't know what's going on, I still haven't ordered but the people behind me are getting their food. Am I missing something here? She again repeated I am the only one working drive thru and just walked off. I finally get to window and she does everything to avoid me, she walks off twice so I flag the other lady ask to speak to manager. She wants to know why and tell her that everyone has been serviced. The people in front of me. The two people behind me, everyone has their food but I haven't even been able to place my order and I need to talk with someone to find out why. So the manager comes over and now an additional 3 people are somehow working when they haven't even been there working at all and the manager does not talk to me. The girl comes back to the window and says I don't know, do u want something. I ask where's the manager I asked to talk with the manager who is clearly right there but she refuses to talk with me. I was not rude, I was no disrespectful, I was not mean. I was Hungry. How in the world do the two cars behind me have their food and are gone and I can't even order. Why was I picked out and still not given the opportunity to get any food. I asked for a sweet tea so I could have a receipt of the transaction. I was denied the opportunity to order yet they did not hv a problem allowing other people to and upon asking for rectification the manager refused to speak with me. They huddled in front of the tea area and talked amongst themselves. Then proceeded to say byeee. Once I got my tea and was about to drive off. I don't know these people and they don't know me. I don't know what triggered them to act that way towards me but it was uncalled for and unnecessary.
Desired outcome: Apology for wasted time, 27 minutes- no food. Ensure employees on the clock are actually contributing. 3/6 people are working. manager effectively resolves situations
