Taco Bell - I'm complaining about general manager Serina Nores located in Littlefield, Tx

Littlefield has been thrilled to have a new food chain added to our small community. The downside of this is the management team that runs the place. Taco Bell had been open not 6 months and has already had a large turnover. My biggest disappointment is the General Manager Serena. For one she is very unprofessional and shows no work ethic with customers and employees. Last month a meeting was held with employees, which lasted 2 hours. Employees were not allowed to clock in as should be. Instead, they were sent out to find our employees to attend the meeting all while not being on the clock. I have been a manager for 20 years and I know that is a company violation. I also have been in the store when she is talking to customers about her employees and giving information about firing them, also unprofessional. My understanding is that she leaves for hours and returns to clock out. This may not be my company payroll budget, but in the long run will affect the prices we pay for products there. Aside from this there is the way she coaches her employees and her manner of dealing with the issues, all very unprofessional. She may be an asset to your company but is making your local Taco Bell's image look very poor. With such a short time of being open has made the bad list of places to work for. Tried taco fell again after two months. I was with my daughter and we were both pissed at the service and quality. They need an adult controlling the childish behavior behind the counter. They handed me my drinks dripping with soda and she kinda laughed and half heartedly apologized. I had to ask for napkins to clean up the mess. Young female with long brown hair possibly braces. The food was completely soggy and soaking through the paper containers. This taco bell is a complete ⅞joke and have attempted to speak to someone above shift supervisor but I have never received a call back. Complete disrespect and waste of money. Do not eat here unless you like to throw your money away. I took pictures and will forward them with my complaint to all the available emails addresses I can find for corporate.
