Denny's

We had a problem today with the Free Everyday Slam Birthday offer. I printed the coupon from the website, because we do not have the Denny's App on a cellphone. The manager told us that the QR Code had expired and charged us full price. The printed coupon states: Offer valid until the end of your birthday month. Can we get a refund for another Denny's meal?

on the 6/3/22 me and my girlfriend were at the Dennys in Lubbock, Texas #6676 for dinner around 7pm. we were greeting well and they were not busy, the server got our drinks and took our order with out writing everything down, which surprised me, but the main thing was that the music they were playing for one was really loud plus it was some sort of rap and in my opinion it was not for a family style place to eat, well then we got our meal, and I for one got the wrong sides but I did not complain for I do not like to send food back because one does not know what the cooks will do so I ate it anyway and the other my girl got the wrong food also and again did not send back because of maybe the consequences there, but for as everything else it was just ok food just not that great, but it was conviently located so that is why we ate there, the music was the worse of it
