We went through the drive thru ordered 2 #6 one with fry one with rings and 1 #13 with fry's and 3 large unsweet teas which was over $30 when we got home we had only the 2 #6's and one of the three teas was sweet and NO #13. I went back to get my chicken and the Manager said he put in it the bag, I told him he didn't and actually argued with me and refused to give me my chicken. I cant believe that he actually argued with me and refused to give me my food. I am sorry to say we will no longer be patrons of Jack in the Box. This is not the first time this has happened, this is just the first time I went back. The young man at the window as very apologetic, it was the manager I have an issue with!
Desired outcome: I dont know what the appropriate outcome for this would be. Its just sad that you have people like this represent your company
