I went through the drive thru at Popeyes (8245 Precinct line Rd North Richland Hills Tx). Every time the manager cut me off. She was very rude and yelling over the speaker. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and drive around. I thought maybe the speaker did not work well and that is why she felt she had to yell. I pulled up to the window and she said that I did not finish my order. I told her I thought the speaker was not working well and asked what else she needed from me. (I was the only customer at the time) She said I did not finish my order. I told her my order then and she said she would not take my order face to face I had to drive back through the drive through and try again to finish my order on the speaker. I asked why she could not just take my order there and she said because she did not want to and she was the GM (general manager). I told her everyone has a supervisor and I would contact the district manager. She laughed and said good luck with that. I took out my phone and took her picture. I drove to another city and ordered my Popeyes there and asked the GM for the district managers phone number and name. He did not want to give my the information for fear that he would get in trouble for giving it out. He said I could leave my name and number and he would have them call me. I have never received a call from the district manager so I can see why Alana laughed when I said I would report her rudeness. I also looked online and it is hard to find the information. I will however write a complaint to corporate.
Desired outcome: I would like the GM to be written up by her district manager and a district manager name and number to be put on the drive thru window of all locations so that there is better communication when there is a problem.
