My siblings and I bought our tickets ( 2for Deadpool, 2 for Race) and realized we were 45 mins early and left to come back closer to the movie time. We came in and teenage sister and brother proceeded walking towards the movie and a Caucasian obese women with short brunette hair stopped them yelling do you have a ticket?! I understood, cautioned them back, and we waked toward her as she checked all our tickets looking at the time and questioning when they were purchased and said one was rated R and we need an ID. We all showed our IDs except for the youngest 15 yo. I told her I bought the ticket and I'm over 21, she said I had to go with my 15 yo brother to see it, I said I'm aware and that's fine. She looked at all the tickets again and said i have to pay extra because it's an iMax movie, I told her I already paid for the iMax movie we were going to see and didn't believe me and kept staring at the tickets and repeating the same questions in rude and belittling tones and was not allowing us to go see our movie. repeated that we have to switch each other's tickets in front of each other and make sure we go to the appropriate movie now, I said okay and was being cooperative. Continuing to speak in a very harsh and aggressive tone as if we were lying or up to no good, She asks again to see our tickets and make sure we have paid for them. So we leave that area and walk towards the movie and she steps out, a cop is there with two other employees and they're staring at us as we walk to the movie to make sure we went to the movie we were supposed to. I felt treated as if I were a criminal or something we already showed that we paid a ticket, showed our IDs, switched our tickets, talk down on all of us, and have several employees stare at us out the door as we were walking in. I talked to Mr. Cole and he said idk what to do for you but I'm sorry that that happened and it will be addressed. I saw no one else before or after our encounter that she treated that way and don't know why the extra effort was pointed in our direction.

Wow, I'm surprised the 15 year old was allowed in without a parent or guardian per MPAA regulations. Be happy you were able to get in to see the movie. They could have gotten in big trouble for that. I would have booted your whole group out.
