Cinemark

I work for about 8 months as an usher there and I can say is [censored] them. Management suck they don't care about there employees are rude to customers and act fake when someone from corporate comes not only that but the pay is not worth it! $7.25 even after working there for 8 months never got raise you pretty much have to beg to ms. Vega for it. Which by the way is a total [censored] if your not her favorite the other manager who does schedule doesn't give a [censored] about your school life and if your working part-time forget about that its actually full time that you working! They lie to you about a flexible schedule and well give you [censored] attitude if you ask about it. Honestly, I was excited to work there at first but after 2 months you get to see how horrible and miserable it is to work there with that toxic people call management they well spread rumors about you push you under the bus for noting backstab you! I have seen so many people quit and walk out because of them. That why they are always hiring because no one can stand them. I have a co-work who was called a [censored]/slut by the general manager in front of all the manager and cops just because she complains that some open her locker and look through her stuff. They have made people cry for bullying them and humanity. Honestly, they should replace the gm for her bad unprofessional behavior to her staff. Sorry about my bad language but someone had to say the true cinemark pharr tx. And its managers
