On, July 17-23 started to lose service signal. I call the customer service from Cricket Wireless and They reset my cellphone and my other lines. Then it keeps happening and I had to purchase a new sim card and another iPhone cellphone. I believe I pay for a service that it should be working but so far, it's not. I pay for this month also and so far, is doing the same. They also check for any outages.
Also, they said they had a tower fix, but they said it was fix but the service still not going.
Also, I try to change to another company, but I have 2 cellphone that I could not unlock them. The reason was I needed to wait 6 months. The reason is I have a kid and husband they keep breaking the cellphones and I have to change only the sim card, but I purchased the cellphone thru Wal-Mart.
I ready hope they can this get fix because I really enjoy this company, I have been with this company for many years.
So far, I'm not the only one so many others that lived here in Plainview Texas have been experiencing the same thing.
It keeps saying NO SERVICE IT TAKES ABOUT 30-45 MINUTES TO COME BACK
Desired outcome: They can fix the cellphone company services and that I can have a regular service and stay with the company.
