To whom it may concern, I put in an online order over the computer and then called to see if I could add something to order that I was not able to online. The manager is who answered, a woman, who was completely inconsiderate, rude, and continued to talk over me and repeat herself and then hung up on me. I called back to wonder ask why I was treated the way I was and she was rude again to me and told me I continued to repeat the same question, untrue, and then she was ignoring me and talking over me all together. I have ordered from Denny's just about every other day but if this is what you call a manager then you can consider me no longer a customer. I am disgusted, people deal with enough BS in their own lives without having to encounter it while ordering food online. Hope you re-evaluate you staffing choices.
And if your able, listen to the conversation, it is clear who was a stable and calm individual and who was loud and wouldn't slow down long enough to hear the other person.
Thank you for your time, I never write these but I did not do anything to warrant her behavior towards me. She has cost you 1 customer at least, hope its not more.
This happened at your location in Temple, Tx. I had recently moved here and Denny's became a go-to because its open all day and night and its wide menu, but I wont deal with that again.
Desired outcome: I would ultimately like for that manager to never do that and perhaps apologize if possible, and if she cant provide actual customer service without talking over someone, being rude, and hanging up on them, maybe a different job is in line.
