A woman by the name of Brenda who works at the Salvation Army shelter in Tyler Tx has upset so many of the residents at the shelter that they are trying to file a petition to have her fired. It is reported that she been seen by several people stealing the donated food, locking some residents out, allows some residents that are working to sleep in while other who work late must get out, one of the residents attacked her, and still she is rude and harassing to the people that are staying there. What can be done about this person. The residents avoid complaining for fear of being kicked out due to retaliation.
