I took my car in to aamco around 12-19-2022 and they did check on transmission that took 3 days and agreed to take transmission out for 800 and diagnos the issues. I was told by gary I needed a complete rebuild and it would cost 4300 which included 800 for inspection of transmission. I was told it would take approximatly 2 week to complete. I kept checking in after the two weeks every 7 days and something kept happening as to not have the car ready. I was finally told approximatly around the end of april my 2014 nissan sentra was ready to be picked up.. I went in two days later to talk to gary and told him it will take a few weeks to get money together as I am a disabled father of 3 and on disability he gary said I understand dont worry about it just do what you can as soon as possible I said thank you. I contacted gary every week over the next month explaining I am getting money to getherbut having issues with the bank. I contacted gary again on approximatly on the 24th of april and said the bank told me it will be a few days to get the money gary said ok but if you dont get the money in the next week or so I will have to charge you storage I told him I will have it in the next week he said ok. I called gary on may the 1st told him I have the money but cannot get there till tomorrow may2 with the money and told him I have 3900 of money in the bank and the rest cash on me he said that will be fine I can charge 3900 to my card and the rest cash. I showed up on may 2 around 4:30p.M. And went in said and talked to gary and he tried to charge my card twice and it did not work cause he was charging 4,377.12 and I only had 3900 in the bank. I told gary I will go get the money out of the bank and be back before 5:00. P.M. He said hurry. My dad drove me to chase and I withdrew the 3900 out of my bank and cslled gary and told him I was on my was please wait he said ok just hurry. I got back to aamco on hwy 3 in webster about 4:52 p.M.. I went inside and counted out 4,380 dollars cash to gary and he explained that there is a warranty and I know my car better and how it drives and if there is any issues to just bring in back and he will take care of it. I drove my car for a week and started having issues with the transmission (same kinda issues as previously was explained that gary would fix. I went in on friday may 12th around 11:30 a.M. And I explained to gary that the car was having issues with the transmission shifting and gary said to bring it in on monday I said ok. I drove home and did not drive the car for the weekend. I took my kids to school on monday may 15th and than drove to aamco in webster and the issues started to get worse. When I arrived I explained the transmission was getting worse and he said ok that he needs 3 to four hours to check the transmission out and he would call me and tell me whats wrong and what we need to do I said great. I did not hear nothing all day so I was driving by around 4:15 and stopped in and talked to gary and he said they were checking it right know and he would call me when they were done I said ok. I did not recieve a call that day. So on may 16th I waited till approximatly around 11:30 and no one answered the phone so I left a message on voice machine explaining I nned to know whats going on thats my only car and have to figure things out cause I have to get my kids to school. I waited till around 4:15 on may 16th to call and gary answered the phone I said have you figured things out that you told me it would take 3 to 4 hours yesterday when I dropped the car off at 8:30. He got irritaed and loud with me on the phone and said we have not figured it out that he will call me when they do and hung up on me. I paid 4,377.12 to have my torgue converter and transmission rebuilt and still do noy have my car working and its been in aamaco since dec 17th 2022 except for the 10 days I have drove the 2014 nissan I paid for work on may 2 2023 and still do not have my car and dont know when I will get it cause gary will not tell me anything about it. I am going tomorrow to pick my car up cause I dont believe gary will fix it like it needs to be. I have the warranty I paid for and need to get my car fixed by aamaco transmission. I tried to get a reciept for the cash I paid for work and was given a reciept and warranty information stating it was paid on december 12th 2022 by carcareone witch is not true I have a email from by back stating he tried to charge my card on may 2 2023 for 4,377.12 and I have proof I withdrew 3900 from my bank on may 2 2023. My dad was with me when the employee handed me the 2 dollars change cause I gave gary 4,380.00 for payment of services. I also explained to gary I could see my car has a flat tire and that it needs to be aired up and most likely need a jump to start car. Gary said he would send one of the guys out to air up tire and hand me my change. The employee came out and aired my tire up and and gave me change and jumped my car. My dad and step mother was there with me cause the took me up there to get my car. When the tired was aire up I noticed a screw in the tire but did not say nothing cause I was just happy to have my car. Also I left a 340 dollar meter in the car and had went up there multiple times to get it and each time gary said he could not find it. That he would check the cameras but his guys have been with him for years and they would not steal. I left it in the car sause when I drove the car up there on dec 19th 2022 I kept having to delete the codes and wait a few to get the car to drive to aamco from about 2 miles away on dec 19th 2022. I have had a terrible experience with aamco and just want my car fixed for what I paid for as a single dad of 3 kids thats disabled. I want to give aamaco a chance to fix the problem as I dont think all your shop are as bad as the one on hwy 3 in webster texas. I have a warranty so please get back to ma asap as I am going to pick my car up cause I dont trust or believe gary or that aamaco transmission shop on hwy 3 are trustworthy. I have had nothing but problems and lies from day one with them, I implore you to please call me charles (had phone number) so I may get my car fixed asap as it is my only transportation and is under 18,000 warranty and have only driven my car since picked it up on may 2 2023 approximatly driven only 1400 miles. Please get back to me so I can give you (aamaco) a chance to fix this terrible situation caused by 1 bad apple.. I tried to send this email to aamaco but there website would not let me
