My roommates and I moved out of our place on July 31st, 2022. After that date and as of today, September 6th, 2022, we have received 3 bills since the "final bill" that they said would be "more than usual." In an email they sent, they said that we would not have any bills after we move out. For whatever reason, they keep "forgetting" to charge us for one or more components of the bill (gas, sewer, etc.) It seems like their scummy way of charging us money after we have already moved out. Do not trust this company. They do not accurately break down your bill and throw random amounts at you, packaging it as your "utility bill". When you ask for a breakdown, it's always some sort of automatic response. The most sketchy, scammy company I've ever dealt with.
Desired outcome: Forgiven bills, refund
