On August 5th, I ordered the Navy/Brown luggage tags, with a Groupon I purchased, as a Christmas gift for my son. The 1st set came as Aqua/Brown so I sent an email & Carlo sent me a new set. When that one finally came, it was still Aqua/Brown so once again I sent an email to Carlo, then had to send another email about a week or so later because I never got a response back. Once again he ordered me a new set of Navy/Brown, telling me he was positive that they would send Navy because they had just replenished the navy tags!
Well the new ones came today & once again they are Aqua/Brown!
I bought my son a set of luggage that is Navy with Brown leather straps, thus the Navy/Brown tags! I had hoped the 3rd time would be a charm but no such luck! Actually what they are saying is Brown looks like Tan to me but that's ok because that is the color they have in the pictures but the metal tags are NOT correct!
The 1st pictures are from the Website showing the Navy & the Aqua! The last 2 pictures are what I received, which is Aqua/Brown!
I want the NAVY tags!
