On Monday, August 15 around 9 pm I went to the drive thru in uintah, Utah. From the moment I started my order the lady taking it was rude! I had a coupon which she was obviously not happy I was using. After I ordered the family bundle coupon she said “ Is that it?” Also pretty rudely. I said no, I also need a 10 piece chicken nugget. She informed me you don’t have chicken nuggets. So I asked what you did have. She said 8! Then I asked if you had a smaller one. She said “4 and 8 that is it!” I said ok, I will take one of each of those. Then she said again, Is that it? I said nope, I also need a whopper meal. She said “ugh, just so you know it is going to be a 10-15 minute wait, we only have one cook in the kitchen.” I said that’s ok. Then she said small medium or large. I said medium. Then she asked which drink. I told her I wanted to change the drink for a chocolate shake. Then she basically yelled at me and told me she can’t switch out the drink for a shake. At this point I am pretty frustrated, and tell her she is the worst! As she tells me I should go to some other Burger King.
She was so rude from the very beginning. I realize they were short staffed, it’s not like I went there to make her job harder, it was late and I just wanted to feed my kids!
Desired outcome: I would like her to be talked to.
