Ocwen has taken unauthorized payments on my loan
Declared that they have never rec'd payments on my loan
Declared that they never rec'd documentation faxed to their office
I have been on the phone every day for the past three weeks to settle this and have been placed on hold and spent countless hours trying to speak with someone for resolution. To no satisfaction, have tried to contact supervisors to no avail. I have tried also to contact attorneys within my state for assistance. Due to my spouse being in a wheelchair with numerous strokes and both of us being elderly and on fixed income, it has been difficult to resolve, perhaps you can be of assistance. PLEASE
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I know, I've worked with Ocwen for a long time as supervisor, and their customer policy is less than ethical. However, they know a lot about legal procedures, and if they do something, is because they can. Sometimes the only thing to do is to read carefully their paperwork or get someone to do it, and of course not be more than 89 days due.
