I called in a service call for my A/C not cooling. I called my own repair guy and discovered that the fan and the fan module was not working. The module control the variable speeds. I called in and my service guy spoke with claim department about the repair. Choice agreed to reimburse for the fan. Later to discover the module did not work . Service guy calls back to Choice and explains that the module was bad as well. Somehow the word modify was used and it was misunderstood that the service guy was modifying the repair. WRONG WRONG, the service guy need the request modified to include the module. The fan purchase needed a new module for it to work proper. Ashley White did not understand what was said so she denied the claim. I would like my claim looked at I've enclosed pictures to verify that the repair is not a modification.
