Cinemark - general manager harassing me & discriminating against me

Hello, my name is Chris Boyd and I work for the Cinemark in Chesapeake Square code 1052. I've been working for Cinemark for four years now, I work hard, I am always early for my shift, I'm never rude to customers, I'm just all around a really good employee . I recently received my employee evaluation on September the 3rd, I received really low scores, my general manager Wendy Gullege said I didn't deserve a raise. I'm one of her best employees but she never has anything but bad things to say about me. She tried to fire me once for forgetting to approve a timecard. People who don't do their jobs are always the ones that get treated the best at my job .In the four years I've been working for Cinemark Ive never gotten a compliment or any kind word of any sort from her. I even saw her in my local Walmart on August the 28, she saw me and didn't say anything, like she didn't want to speak to me . She's even been rude to customers on more than one occasion. I would like for corporate or the vice president to open an investigation on her. She doesn't deserve to be a General Manager anymore .
