Michaels Stores

I go further to CEO after this form. Michaels Store in Fairlakes Sjp center in Fairfax, VA needs help.

Finally got to the checkout line. The couple in front of me, was arguing with the clerk on discounts etc. I was next in line. None of the other clerks were behind registers. They were all looking pretty etc.

Tried to get their automated checkout system to take my order. The biggest joke in the world. Even though I put in email address or phone # it kept giving me bad errors. By that time, there was nobody to help me. I just picked up my purse & left. Nobody cared. Nobody cared period. Left things in cart, I was going to purchase.

Looked up and nobody to help me. They were all walking around & looking good.

This is not the first time this store could only care about their sales & not helping their customers, and probably won't be the last.

I been going there for years.

Was actually going to fill out an application to work there. Think I will pass on this permanently.

Michaels corporate staff needs to go in there and take this store down. Look at all the self-serve equip and stuff there, and make sure it works.

Consumer affairs is next. Don't think Michaels wants them in there.

Don't know when I will be back.
