GEICO - Auto Insurance Policy

I have been a member of Geico auto Insurance for 17+ years. My Policy was canceled last month due to being miss directed on Geicos' webpage. Apparently they are telling me now when I was on the main webpage and looking at the due date payment, I was looking at the renewal date of 04/03/21 not the due date 03/31/21. I know Geico has revamped there webpage, but unfortunately it's became misleading and confusing. I called Geico on the date I understood was the due date to make a payment and was told I had to buy a new Auto Insurance policy at a higher rate now. I told the agent the website was misleading and would you be able to reinstate my policy and I was told I had until 12:01 this morning to pay, but the agent said they didn't see an issue to be able to reinstate and they would have a manager fix the issue, but unfortunately there manager wouldn't be available until Monday, because on the weekends managers were shorthanded. So the agent told me to pay for a new policy at a higher rate, but they would revert the policy back to the original rate on Monday once the manager returns on Monday and reviews the file. My question to the agent was how will I know that everything was corrected and the agent said I will definitely receive an email indicating the correction. additionally the agent said I will return on Wednesday and will call you to confirm everything was corrected and your policy was reinstated to its' original cost. I didn't hear from the agent on Wednesday as promised. I called Geico once I didn't hear from the agent and explained once again the issue I had and unfortunately I was told by a new agent there was nothing they can do since I missed the due date and thank you for being a member for 17+ years. My response to the agent was may I speak to a manager and the agent said there is nothing they can do for you either (that how customer service treats customers). Once again I requested to speak with a manager and they finally forward me over to a manager. Again I explained the whole misleading of the webpage and the manager said immediately "these is what it is" and we appreciate you being a member for 17+ years in a sarcastic way, but I'm being charged as a new member now, but here is the kicker, they are still using my same policy number as a member 17+ years ago. All I want is my original cost.

Sincerely,

Pedro

Desired outcome: All I want is my original cost

GEICO - personal injury claim

My wife and 2 small daughters (1 year old and 8 year old) were rear ended by a geico insured on March 28th 2019. The accident involved 3 vehicles, and the geico insured was found 100% at fault (my wife's car was the first car at a traffic light that was struck by a van that was struck by the geico customer). My children were not injured, however my wife suffered a neck and back injury which resulted in 19 doctor visits over 3 months time, and still now has flare-up pain 6 months later. Following the accident there were many many days that my wife (a stay-at-home mom) was unable to even pick up our baby to comfort her when she needed her mom or even breastfeed her. From day one, my wife was unable and unwilling to take pain pills due to the fear of the effects to our breastfed baby.
This whole situation has been terrible, and has been further irritated by Geico adjusters devaluing our claim and laughing (literally laughing) at our request for compensation.
We are still trying to settle on the personal injury (North Carolina is an "at-fault" state which means the at-fault party is obligated by law to pay "pain & suffering"). They act as if they (the adjuster) are doing us some huge favor by even paying our claim (reminder...this was not our fault, my wife was just sitting at a traffic light when a negligent geico customer stuck her). They have offered us only a fraction of what 3 other insurance agents have said that they "should" pay. Every resource I can find that gives advice on valuing "pain & suffering" tells me that they are taking advantage of us. The amount they are offering does not even cover the time and fuel spent traviling back and forth from the doctor visits.
Meanwhile I am out of pocket for a portion of the doctor bills, time, fuel, and lots of frustration while I attempt to negotiate with this company.
I share all this with you so that you may know what it's like to file a claim with this company. You may save a few bucks on premiums, but it will cost you if you ever file a claim. Geico spends more $$ that any other insurance company on advertising, they can't do this by paying fairly on claims...they do this by devaluing you.

GEICO - fraud

On November 17th my son had an accident in my car and I filed a clain with GEICO. 3-days after filing the claim I was told that my son was an excluded driver. I informed them that I was not aware that I had signed anything to exclude my son from driving my car but they insisted that I did. I asked for a copy of the exclusion form and was told that they would fax or send it to me by mail. I got the form and the form was a copy of a copy. It was not the original form and it appear to have been doctored. A form that was scanned into the system upon receipt 2 years ago would not look like the form I received. I contacted GEICO to see how I could view the original document that I signed and was told that the document was scanned into the system and shredded upon receipt. I asked then why could they not have sent me the an email of the scanned document and they could not answer that.

GEICO denied my claim because they said that my son was an excluded driver and I have yet to see the original documentation excluding him from my policy. Until I filed the claim report I never saw documentation that there was excluded drivers on my policy. Once I filed the complaint, 3 days later there was a notation on the policy that stated "this policy has excluded drivers".

Needless to say that GEICO did not honor my claim and becuase of this I am in such a situation.

system will not allow me to download form.
