On 3 separate occasions I have taken my vehicle to the dealership concerning a difficult start. This situation spans July, August and Sept. This involves work orders 764952 on 6/27/19, 772338 on 8/7/19 and 776664 on 9/2/19. Each time they held on to the car for several days. Each time I was assured just one more thing need to be fixed and that the last thing fixed was unrelated to the problem. I also have video of the difficult starts after each service.
They have replace my starter, spark plugs, spark plug wires and my distributor and the difficult starts continue. They also replaced my timing belt which I was later told was unneccessary.
I would like to see the dealership take responsibility for the unnecessary work and refund some of my money.
