We submitted an application for a short sale on the above property and were directed to upload documents at the Loan Solutions Center website.
All Documents requested have been uploaded there.
Documents still listed as "Incomplete" have been uploaded for weeks, with no activity to indicate anyone from Citizens One Home Loans is reviewing our file. Documents listed as "Incomplete" are visible under Document Center Tab.
We have made numerous phone calls in an attempt to determine who is managing this file and why there appears to be no activity to review the documents, to no avail. We are repeatedly connected to "Loss Mitigation" speaking to script readers in India, who have no apparent authority to provide the requested information or to transfer a phone call to a supervisor. We were told that short sale personnel are "back-office workers" who do not take phone calls. We have sent emails to customer service as well as Fredric Barnhill, who is listed as the contact person on our file at Loan Solutions Center. There have been no replies or responses to our emails.
Desired outcome: Name/direct phone on person responsible for reviewing application and an answer
