Goodwill Industries

We have been shopping goodwill at 4200 Tom Leonard drive. Glen Allen va. 23060 for the past 2 years. Recently, the prices went up crazy. We saw a purse for $70 while it's original price brand new for $98. Another example, a set of plates 40 pieces for $170 which was not a high or well known brand name. Clothes went up compared to a consignment store and not a goodwill. Too sad. Several employees we knew very well were even astonished and unhappy. They told us they weren't happy with their new management because of the way they were pricing. We called a manager, Stephanie and she was sooo rude and told us if we didn't like we shouldn't buy. We went to another close by goodwill and we saw the same brand name purse but in a different style for $12. We told the manager about our experience with Stephanie and she told us about the reputation she was hearing about the store with her being in charge. Unfortunately, we hate not to go there but we have too. We used to go on a weekly basis for the past 2 years.
