Saturday 9/23/23, I woke up to a flat tire on my car. There was a nail in the tire. I was able to pump it up so I could get it to Firestone. Mind you, I purchased the road hazard warranty when I bought the tires. I went to not 1 but 2 Firestone Autocare stores and was told that I needed to make an appointment. Really! I thought the reason for purchasing Road Hazard Insurance was for times like this, I went to the 2nd Firestone Autocare store and was told that I had to leave my car because they didn't know when they would be able to plug my tire. This is wrong! If this is how the Road Hazard Insurance works, than I would suggest no one purchase it.
I had to buy a patch kit and asking my brother if he could take care of this for me; which he did! Both, Firestone Autocare stores are located in Midlothian, VA on Hull Street Road. I need to be compensated in some manner! I have been a customer for over 20 years and this is not acceptable!
Desired outcome: Customer service training for one; give the customer's what they paid for; I want whatever it costs for them to patch or plug a flat and the $15.00 that was paid at NAPA for the kit to plug my tire.
