I paid the $29.00 fee in June 2018 to have my son's August scores released and was told they never received money in May. I sent in proof of bank statement and Jessica Bruce Lead Customer Care Specialist

[protected]@collegeboard.org told me they have no payment and if I want the score to just pay. And there is no one else I can talk to and she will not escalate the call. I called several times to have Jessica speak with chase representative and she will not return call or email or respond to customer service representative email regarding her conversation with the chase bank representative. The bank representative gave the transaction number to the customer service representative and still no return call or apology or scores.
