Hello im a employee and my boss won't listen to me about some issues. First sanitation for even the most simple of things. Second theft on drinks when I brought up the issues and calculate a average cost I was brushed off. Third quality of service I notice some employee don't give customers proper respect and do not act in a professional way. Fourth the in accuracy in orders where I have many people complain to me about items not given or even mix up salads were given to them. I work here yet even my order a few times was given to someone else not even me. And lastly I have many ideas to reduce cost and reduce the amount of money we lose but because im anew employee my ideas are always brushed off. I love my Panera and want it to thrive but we don't have a leaders to guide us they let many people do as they please Monday for example we were ten mins till closing and our leader for the night told the employees they can take left overs but we still had customers ordering the items which they were all taking. I felt very uncomfortable because I couldn't speak Spanish and they could not speak English do I could not ask them to wait until the customer left. The customer told me it's fine and he left because of them taking the item he was ordering. I felt really embarrassed. I just want this Panera to succeed but we are lossing to much profit and the service is low quality and many times I feel embarrassed because of the situation from co-workers having dirty songs blasting every time they get a call or touching trash then changing coffee not even washing hands. Really im a new employee and this is my examples I have.
