My son and I visited our local Burger King this morning, Saturday April 13th 2019 @ 8:39 A.M., this is also on the receipt after date and time, not sure if needed but I will include it- T= 10L I=8 C=56040, so that he could have breakfast before I dropped him off at work. This is the 2nd time we have been there and the food has been incorrect. There is something very wrong with the management all the way down to the associates. Our first experience was not very pleasant, due to the manager, with all do respect, she is heavy set, brown hair tall, was eating out of the fry bin and when our order came up the chicken sandwich was incorrect and did not have extra lettuce on it. The manager snatched the sandwich from me and it was corrected. By then I just asked if we could have a to go bag an packed up our food and left the restaurant. on today's visit to the restaurant, we went through drive thru and asked for 2 number 7's, the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit meals, one with coke and one with sprite. So we pay and then wait for our food. in the mean time there is an employee eating at the little space in drive thru right by the window, I guess the managers and employees eat whenever and where ever they want to, my son commented that was not right. We get our food and only one biscuit has cheese on it, I go inside to get the cheese on it and they took the sandwich and put cheese on it and the cook threw it down the metal sandwich holder. I asked if they could please melt the cheese so the sandwich so the cook, again, threw my sandwich into the microwave. I'm waiting and waiting and I just asked, can I please get my sandwich back. So the cook grabs it out of the microwave and you can clearly see him ball it up in his hand. The manager same lady, from the first visit, hands it to me and doesn't say sorry, or even have a good day so I leave the restaurant. I get in the car and open my sandwich and the biscuit is literally in crumbs. My son looks at that and says, Mom, that's crappy, I dare not go back in and asked them to replace the sandwich all together since I was treated so poorly the first time I went in and asked for my cheese that I payed for. So I ate the sausage, egg and cheese together and the I ate the pieces of biscuit that were on my wrapper since that's all that was left of my sandwich. My son and I will not be returning to that location. The customer service is poor and the management is worse. This location really needs to be looked at closely by corporate and dealt with.
