In the past, I was a member of AAA for over 15 years. We left and returned back this month. I visited this location on 5/24/2019. My concern was the new Kiosk station. Although I'm older I know how to use this. I'm all for things advancing, but my concern is for other older people that don't know how to use it. This was my experience that day. We walked in someone yells from the counter to sign in at the kiosk machine, so we did. We were waiting but we can see there were no people at the counter, but the employee just talking to each other. In a few moments, the employee yells again saying you folks come on over. She explained that the system is set up for them to receive our names and call us but that did not happen. I suggest that you have someone to assist people at the kiosk machine and explain to them that they would be called when their name comes up on the computer and you can have a seat or offer them coffee or water. We had no way knowing that we were waiting for the system to give them our names, instead, I felt ignored. thanks for listening. Sabrina Sibley at [protected]@yahoo.com
