I recently found the website www.metrofax.com, which offered 30 days free trial. I signed up for it, but I didn’t like. After 30 days, I found out that they charged me for $35. I sent email and asked for this payment. They refused to return money, because I didn’t cancelled this free trial. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?

I cancelled my account with Metrofax months ago. I have not been billed since then. Suddenly, a charge of $9.95 appeared on my bank account today, 9/23/22.

There is NO customer service number where you can actually speak to a person.
I have been trying to cancel my service. They require you do it by phone, and when you call, they ask for information it is difficult to find. I told the credit card company they would not let me cancel and got them to stop paying them. The credit card companies need to cut them off. They are terrible STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
