On 4/20/19 we purchased a 2018 heartland 2375 bh from your Spokane dealership. It was advertised with having a cover, even pictured and mentioned in in the add. It was even part of prior discussions before we headed out that way to get it. Needless to say we never got it. Have spoke with Braden (sales) the manager Mike, and an email sent to DJ (financing). We were told they would look for it but now we get nothing as of why we don't have a cover. That is false advertising and illegal. Now for the worst of it, the Spokane dealership is a long drive for us but they had exactly the trailer we wanted. My husband did the 4.5 hour drive to get our trailer (I had to work). DJ who did the financing was of course trying to sell my husband every type of warranty, my husband made it extremely clear that he was not interested! That was to be expected, but seeing my husband was tired from a long drive and in a hurry to wrap things up for the long drive home he snuck in a "paint protection" warenty for roughly $2, 000. Yes my husband signed the agreement in his haste, the check mark is clearly not his. We have purchased many vehicles, RVs, motorcycles and even a quad from dealerships, all have tried to sell us multiple warranties and services but not a 1 has just snuck it in trying to pull one over. Yes he did sign that falls on him for not reading clearly everything but we had no idea that a Camping World dealership would try anything so sleazy. Your company is nation wide, we have purchased numerous things over the years at the one closer to our home in Fife WA, never would I have thought something like this would happen from your company. We did immediately contact the three names mentioned above but with no resolve. I'm in hopes that your company has more integrity than the dealership that represents you in Spokane/ liberty lake and are willing to clear up some of this, If not I'm planning on reaching out to the Washington State attorney general, better business bureau, and any other entity where I can file a complaint, we can't forget social media, Yelp, ECT. I hope I don't have to go there.
