This subway is horrible. Went there last week and ordered 5 footlong subs. They were out of meatballs, which I needed 3 footlongs of. They had only enough for 1. They were also out of loives and veggies, at least 3. Not sure what they all were as they were empty and typically we just point them out and ask for them to be put on the sub. I complained on the website and received a letter back from the manager telling me he reviewed the video tape and I was a liar. I am so shocked by this that I am speechless. Does he really think he can tell from a videotape what I asked for on my sub or what kind I wanted? I told them in my initial complaint that I needed 3 meatball subs for the kids. The clerck told me that no one wnated to cook them so they were out and only had enough for 1 sub. This store needs to have a secret shopper so guys like him can;t lie to corporate and cover themselves.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I wholeheartedly agree with you and am sorry you experience was so terrible. That whole location should be restaffed entirely as a secret shopper wont help. I work at subway in Canada and the only thing that happens with a secret shopper is the employees do things right until they come and things go right back to business as usual afterwards.
