Planned Parenthood Federation Of America [PPFA]

My daughter called the Olympia Planned Parenthood last week to inquire about a pregnancy check. She indicated at the time, that her home tests were coming up negative, but she has all the symptoms of a pregnancy. She has had an ectopic in the past and was calling to find a full proof method to ensure she isn't pregnant. She was told that she could come in and they could do an ultra sound to see for sure. When she arrived today (after taking the day off work), she was asked for a urine sample and was told it tested negative so they wouldn't do an ultra sound.

She was clear about her situation and what she needed from Planned Parenthood. They mislead her into thinking they would do an ultra sound and then would not give her any reason as to why they wouldn't other than because the test came up negative (which is what she told them was happening from the beginning). Staff there were very rude . . . tried telling me, her mom, that they couldn't talk about her medical info with me -- but she was right there an gave them permission to. They still refused to give any reason why they mislead her and refused to provide the service they said they would do when she made the appointment.
