Made an appt. To get checked out because my blood pressure reading were high. Checked in online and they didn’t know I was there until I told them. They finally take me back and they did not have the proper blood pressure equipment. They said they didn’t have a large on hand that would fit me. Told me to I can cancel my appt. and go elsewhere! I asked them where, they said they didn’t know. Mind you, there 3 other location near them. Not once did they try to guid me to another location. Why wouldn’t these clinics have the proper equipment?
MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Lack of service / rude staff
Had an appointment set for 5pm on July 20, 2021. Checked in at appt time. Waited 35 minutes past appt time. Was told that I would be next. MA put me at the bottom of the stack. When I asked why I'm at the bottom with an appt, the MA said "I can do whatever the F…k I want. If you don't like it then leave!" We left and will never go back there. U suck!
Desired outcome: Will never go back and will tell others not to go to this location.
