Aveda Institute - I was "rude"

I was going to Gene Juarez North for some time. I left them because the instructor I was with was extremely poor. He helped his students cover mistakes and taught poor ethics. After my complaint, the school shut down. The problem: Aveda hired him. I refused to work with him. He was my assigned instructor. He placed his hands on my shoulders and I stood up and told him that he would never touch my hair again. Don't touch me! How rude! Instead of simply switching me to another instructor, the Director shook and sweatily informed me that they couldn't just cancel classes just for me. Please remember that I only had an issue with the new hire, the man I had so much bad experience with. So I left. How rude! I was able to get my hair done just one more time.

This morning, after I walked in the rain to the salon by way of the ATM, I was told by an ugly acting man that I was 86ed and I could Not ever get my hair done their again because I had been rude. He nearly touched me as he waved his arms, forcing me out the door. How rude! About what? The guy that destroyed my hair? And don't touch me! I'm not cattle! I suppose me planning a day off, walking to the salon and being told THEN. I think perhaps that is rude. It's not going to be a problem. I won't come back. They were rude. I just insisted that my hair not be destroyed again. How rude!

Desired outcome: A formal written apology for the insulting way I have been treated signed by all offensive staff. A write up for all 3 men that have been rude to Me. No One is to touch me without permission!
