While shopping yesterday [protected] at the Shoreline Washington store in grocery I was Injured.
This injury happened when I was scared by 2 dogs who aggressively barked and jumped at each other.
I jumped and twisted and threw my back out.
I waited at customer service while 3 people attended to a shopper returning things.
I could no longer wait and went home.
this morning my back is much worse then yesterday.
Please help.
Desired outcome: You cannot turn back time. Send me your animals in store policy.review survelance yesterday about 7:50 pm and log who the shoppers were if I dont bounce back from this injury.
Fred Meyer - Poor service, only 1 pharmacist on duty.
I had a prescription submitted to Fred Meyer for an antibiotic at 9am. The store pharmacy opened at 11am. I arrived at 2pm and the pharmacist told me she was alone and it would take her several more hours to fill the prescription. I don't blame her, she does not make the rules. But Fred Meyer management clear does not care about customer service or delivering medications to those that need them ASAP. On my way home, I stopped by Walgreens to pick up one item. I tried at Fred Meyers, but lines were at least 20 people long. They did not provide a fast check out lane. I put the item back and went to another pharmacy (see below).
I have had two insurances for years. The pharmacist at Fred Meyer also told me that I needed to call the insurance company to tell them which is primary. I have had the same two insurances for over 7 years and never had to go through this. It was Sunday, so of course I could not call. She said it was because they issued new cards (which the do every year). She said she would bill me by cash and I would have to sort it out with the insurance company myself. Again, this is not her fault, but reflects the dismal customer service and lack of caring by management. She would not let me just tell her which is primary.
To pick up the item i wanted, I stopped at another pharmacy (not Fred Meyer). I picked the item up and was able to quickly check out. I also noted that the pharmacy had 3 people working, not just 1 like at Fred Meyer. I asked them if they accepted my insurances, and they said yes.
I highly suggest that people do not use the Fred Meyer pharmacy. Actually, with no way to rapidly check out, I suggest that you avoid Fred Meyer altogether. It is clear that management does not care about customer service. I gave then a rating of 2 out of 5 (and not a 1), only because I felt sorry for the poor woman in the pharmacy having to deal with customers, checking out, and filling prescriptions all by herself.
By the way, it is easy to change pharmacies for where prescription go. Most can be done online. Alternatively, next time you ask for a refill, ask your physician to change pharmacy.
Desired outcome: I think the store is hopeless. I am just trying to assist others from having to deal with Fred Meyer customer service.
Fred Meyer - Why are associates being treated like crap!
Hi, I am speaking up for all of the associates who work for Fred Meyers in Washington state and it seems that there are associates who are being bullied and picked on and banged up on other associates and this needs to stop, it seems they keep bulling and doing the same [censored] to an associate who works in the apparel department and they keep making her deal and put up with other customers and she has to put on the shoes that the customers want the associates to put on their feet, when the customers need to put the shoe on themselves, these associates are being petty and mean, and they keep doing this to her every Saturday, Sunday, Monday and fridays, so they are trying to get away with not dealing with these customers and this is not fair because they are trying to make things harder on these associates who are trying to do their best without other associates bullying them and teasing them and making them do there job. We should be dealing with associates who are deaf, are disabled and have to be in the associates way with using Mary karts and canes, this needs to stop, we are not home health care workers or nurses for these old people who have problems. Something is not right, I am surprised I haven't killed my self because of all of the [censored]ing crap that is going on in apparel in the shoreline area. They hire security guards who pick their nose and don't even do there job. Why can't this place be more stricter, and have more rules, why won't the president of fred Meyers give a dam, and help us out with being more stricter and responsible. It seems that certain associates Are sitting on there [censored] getting paid or hanging out with other associates in the break room not doing there job and not being responsible and they keep kissing up to other associates [censored]'s, and this is not fair, the shoreline Fred Meyer really needs to shape up or it should be closed down, I would like to see this store close down, because it is going to get worse if someone doesn't step up and do something or say something. They over work there associates and make them sweat to death, this is unfair, and there is too many foreigners who work at this location and there is a language barrier, that it is getting so bad. Mary in apparel is owed a big apology, because of how she has been treated and picked on and mocked, and making her do all of the work, nobody at this store gives a dam about her or anyone else, other associates want to not do their work while they go hide in the stock room, they are the ones who need to work there [censored] off and get sweaty and hot and they need to be on the floors to help the customers when they make Mary help the customers all of the time, and they give her a project to do as well and she gets bugged by all of the customers that it is not funny at all, I think everyone in Home, apparel, Haba and grocery needs to all be on the floor and limit the number of associates who hang out in the stock rooms. Also produce department associates needs to stop telling customers to go to Mary, this really needs to stop, everyone who works at this store needs to help all of the customers and help them and show them where things are, if someone is doing this as a joke to other associates then it won't be a laughing matter when someone ends up with a heart attack, and ends up in the hospital. Who cares if associates go to their union to [censored] and complain and if they have a lawyer, they don't need to brag or rub it in, they need to pull up their panties and deal with what they have to do at work, I am tired of all of the things that keep changing on us and surprising us because we were not told about It. So somebody is doing something or hiding something and they are getting away with it, they need to quit blaming Mary. It seems that someone only wants certain associates to know what is really going on and they leave every one else out. This is unfair. Everyone needs to treat everyone equally and be nice to everyone, quit being sneaky. Do you know what all of the stores need a big huge bombshell to land on every one, nobody is happy working at Fred Meyers, and nobody seems to care. So something needs to be done or else burn or close down the state.
I shopped at this location regularly for years. Once they remodeled this store, it really started going downhill. The employees often do not do their job due to language or mental barriers, or just plain laziness. I have tried to purchase from the deli and was told to pay for my purchase at another check stand so I told them forget it-I changed my mind and do not want the stuff after all. It is easy to see why this store has a theft problem. People go in, order something from the deli, and then walk out the store. Fred Meyer is losing lots and lots of money due to theft caused by their own mismanagement. I hope this changes for the better but I am not really holding my breath for that to happen.
Fred Meyer - What is really going on at this shoreline fred meyers?
Hi, it seems that the shoreline Fred Meyer in Washington state, 98133 location has too many changes it seems that I can't shop for clothes in the apparel because me and my better half are shopping but instead we keep getting watch by these old women in the morning times, and it is just strange. There seems to be a lot of people who work in this apparel. I am hearing gossip that everyone that works in the morning goes out to drink coffee or hang out with there store boyfriend and not do there job and they make certain white apparel people work with the foreigners and they don't get along and there is a language barrier and this is not fair to the white people to have to work with the foreigners in apparel and cosmetics. It seems there is too much joking and mocking of certain white people in apparel and cosmetics and it seems that everyone that works at this store has to go up to a Mary and tell them all of there work problems and pick on her and mock her and bully her and it seems they are trying to make her quit and leave the store. People at this store needs to be careful and watch what they say and do yo other people who work here. Everyone needs to be on the same page and every one needs to know what is going on and needs to be told what to do and to do their job and keep there big fat mouth shut! Everyone needs to pull their weight around and do their job and quit hanging out with other associates and talking and gossiping about work. Customers need to respect and be nice to the associates. We should not be bullied or harassed and picked on by customers and we should not be ask questions every single minute of the day and Mary should not be ask certain sick and twisted questions that upset her every single minute at work, like where is the antacid or where are condoms and she shouldn't have to deal with sick and twisted telephone calls like what kinds of pajamas do you have and why she has to deal with someone's daughter who keeps calling looking for her mother every single day, this mother needs to deal with her daughter and tell her to stop calling for her mother everybody single day! Quit sending customers to Mary for help before she has to clock in and clock out, she should not be bothered at all, at the store, just leave her alone and let her work and let her clock in and out in time. I have filed a police report and if this keeps up I will take this whole store to court! This is no joke! This has got to stop! Or else!
Fred Meyer - Why are associates complaints being ignored?
Hi, it seems that all associates complaints are not being heard and they are not being taking serious for some reason, and it seems that some of the associates are being harassed and having things thrown at them and it seems that customers are back talking and being demanding and bullying other associates and some of the evening associates in apparel department are being threatened and staked and they are being touch too, so this needs to stop and they need more security at this location it is getting bad, and if kroger won't allow security then I will start a petition and I will go to the media and police myself! These associates need to work in a safe place or else I will find the person who is doing this alright! This has got to stop now!
The other day I was shopping and I saw this black thing crawling across the floor and it looked like a mouse, so I guess their are mice at this location! So be careful! I am not shopping here any more!
Fred Meyer - Other
It seems that certain associates are making other associates who work here feel what they go through every single day, and they make them go through what they go though. It seems that they also make other associates customer service certain customers and make them see what they go though, and they also end up customer service the awesome customers and this is not fair and this goes on every single day. Certain associates want other associates to work on tuesdays so that they can have trouble with the time clock and make sure that they are the ones who have to fill out a missing time punch sheet in front of the store manager. It seems that certain customers keep asking for shorts, belts, purses, mens and women underwear, watches, etc. It seems that certain assoicates are sending in red headed customers and they are making certain associates customer service them. Some of the associates are being told to be careful from the food and haba managers to be careful how they speak through the walkie talkie.It seems that they send customers to apparel to ask for things and they like for them in their stock rooms, and have to ask, when they should be asking other associates and every body who works in the store needs to all be on the floor and customer serving their customers. It seems that customers ask for a product and then they tell you that they are going to pay for it, but they turn around and give it back to the associate.It seems that some associates get things dumped on them and they have no knowledge of knowing what to do, these are associates that have worked at this store for a few years, we are not talking about the new associates, it seems they are picking on certain associates and nobody cares, and they keep telling other associates that cooperate does not care! SO something needs to be done at this store or it needs to be closed down! So please do something about this type of behavior at this location! Thank you for your time and have a nice day!
HI, I work at the fred meyer in shoreline, washington and it seems that there are too many customers who are asking me questions all the time because the whole store associates dont want to deal with these customers and this is not fair especially if they are doing this to bully me and pick on me. It seems that i have to deal with certain special needs customers and I am not comfortable to deal with them, and I am always told to tell my manager to deal with it, but she is never around. There are too many popular clicks ( girl associate groups) going on and they think they are popular as hell and this is not fair, they are bullying as well. There are too many awesome customers who keeps hanging around the mens department and they keep coming in asking for hanes and what not all the time and out of the blue, this is bullying. Associstes gets certain things rubbed in there face and hurt other associates feelings to make them jealous and cry and get upset. When you work ion cosmetics you get bothered alot by customers this kinds of traffic needs to stop and certain associates needs to stop sending sending these customers to apparel and cosmetics. There are customers hurting certain associates feelings and are mean to certain associates. There are too many foreigners that work and are customers that keep coming into apparel and cosmetics and they have to follow certain associates. There are customers that expect certain associates to show them around the store every single day and to make sure that the associates are showing them these items on the shelves and making sure we explain the item to them, we can do this, when associates are doing a project.Ir seems that certain associates hide in their stock room to do projects so that they dont have to deal with the customers on the floor when all associates should be on the floor doing a project and not hiding. It seems that associates like to sit on their butts in there stock room talking gossip and not working. There are customers bulling certain associates in apparel and cosmetics that all associates at this store dont know what they are doing and they dont know how to do there job. This needs to stop. There are some associates who think that they act like they own everything in the store and they have there girl or boy click and try to be popular and they spend most of the time in the stock room or the floor taking about there problems. This needs to stop or else. We all need to be treated right and fairly. Bullying is not okay.
