I got a online offer two rings for 1.99I order just the rings and canceled five days later . The next month there's two charges for 66.89 66.89 holsted jewelers so I call they say I ordered them with the rings I said then why didn't they come with the rings every said I would not order earrings I have no pierced ears she said they were already being sent to me I told her my address has changed and I didn't have a forwarding address she said when they got the item back the 6689 will be put back into my account 30 days later no money back in my account I will call you guys today if you do not fix this problem I will sue you not to mention when I called them the first time they took the pending transactions my account two days later putting them back on

Customer Service at Holsted Jewelers. I received the offer in the mail for two free rings but I have read all the complaints about your service. Do you really conduct business as described? Have you done anything to correct these problems and I would like to know how you can conduct business like that and think you can continue. Do you think people do not check their statements. I would like for you to answer these questions. Is it bad management or are you stealing from people. There is no question something is wrong and it would be nice to have honest answers.
