I waited in line for my order while a manager harassed an employee for not having change in the cash drawer. It sounded as if the manager should have gotten the change for the employee. Instead the employee was told "too bad" you should have not accepted a large bill. It is your own fault, give them nickels and dimes. The employees stated there wasn't even any quarters in the drawer to use. The employee was near tears as she didn't want to disappoint the customer. Is this the way you treat your employees?I sure hope not. I will revisit one time to see if the matter continues. If it does I will contact Human resources in Green Bay. This is not good business at all. I would not work for someone that treats people in that manner. The manager needs a talking to or fired .
Your main manager for this Taco Bell should be alerted to this type of behavior. If this keeps up you will be on the endangered list of fast food chains. I was disgusted by this behavior and treatment of a human being! GET IT FIXED!
