My chief complaint is about the way the employees are treated at this particular store. One of the managers in this store has a tendancy to speak rudely to her employees and she does not pitch in to help her employees, when the store is busy. She will stand and watch the employees work and tell them that they are not moving fast enough, however, she does not step up to the plate and offer help when it is needed. She also does not seem to care about her employees at all. I know of an incident where two employees were cleaning out the grease from the fryer, which the rease gets to be about 360 degrees and the two employees happened to get burned from this hot grease. One employees was burned much worse than the other. This manager never sent the employees to the doctor to have their burns looked at and she never even filled out an incident report stating what had happened. When the employee who was burnt the most asked why a report wasn't written up she said that she did not write the report because she felt the employees were at fault for their own burns. I believe that her concern should not have been who was at fault but how bad someone may have been hurt. With this type of attitude it is no wonder that this store has so much turn around as far as employees go. When you have managers who do not care about their employees you are more than likely going to have employees who do not care about their jobs which will in turn look bad on the store. I think it is time for the immediate owner of this particular store to come in and have a one on one with the employees to find out who is happy and who is not. Maybe if the owner visits the store on a regular basis the store will be a better place to work. This is just my opinion and something that I felt I had to get off of my chest. I write this in hopes that someone will actually read and possibly be able to make a difference.

Candy Tenon - the store employs kids. Kids need strict and fervent discipline or they will run riot. I'd rather go to a store with a manager who rules his employees under an iron fist, vs a store where the kids are making out with each other in the kitchen, sitting on the front counter, texting people on their phones and having food fights.
I have a simular complaint about a manager at the Burger King on 26th and Penninsula Drive in Erie, he is very rude to customers and doesn't know how to treat his employees. I had a few incidence, I've seen him yelling and screaming at the other employees while he stands around and does nothing when they are busy also I had an incident with him when I ordered a chicken sandwich, the bun was old and falling apart I ate most of it and when I was finished I told him I just wanted to let him know to check the other buns because mine was stale he just turned around and went back to the kitchen without as much as a I'm sorry I didn't expect nothing in return but I thought I would just let him know so no one else would get a stale bun in my opinion that was very rude for him not to at least offer me another sandwich or an I'm sorry . I remember back when I was a manager at fast food the model was "The customer is always right" what happened to that? The customer is what keeps your business going. I really don't like how he yells and screams at the other employees especially in front of customers, I take my grandchildren there at least twice a week , I don't want them seeing that kind of behavier. Until that manager is replaced I will no longer go there.
