BatteriesPlus - Broken phone during screen replacement

1. I brought my phone into the store below to get a screen replaced on 11.27.20. the phone was in good working order beforehand.

2. after the manager Gavin replaced the screen the home button was not working. he said that it probably needed updating of software. this was not the problem given the phone was current on updating.

3. we went back to the store and he handed the phone back to us with the original cracked screen and no consideration for damaging the phone.

4. my mother-in-law Kris was with me and said that this was unacceptable. she asked to put back on the new screen at no charge. she said we would contact Apple to see what was wrong with the phone and to get an estimate to repair. she said that if we could not get the phone working that we would come back to file a claim.

5. we went back to the store on 11.29.20 when Gavin said he would be in the office and he was not there. Andrew, was the only one in the store around 2:15 and was rude to us. terrible customer service. Andrew said he could not put in the claim and only a manager could. we asked him to call Gavin to get authorization since I need my phone for work and he said no. he then said "just leave me alone" Gavin had to leave for personal reasons. He said that we could file a claim at any Battery Plus store in Illinois where we live, but how would a manager at those stores know the circumstances.

6. see my receipt and quote from Apple to repair my phone. I would like a check sent to me asap so I can get my phone fixed.

BatteriesPlus - terrible warranty service middleton wi

Bought an optima battery at the middleton wi store in january 2014 with a 3 year free replacement for $179.00.in november 2015 the battery would no longer hold a charge. The store charged the battery and said the cca was still within the limits and would not listen to the fact that in a week of non driving the battery would go dead on its own. They blamed the car but that was checked and was not an issue. Never had a problem with optima batteries in the past. New interstate battery works flawlessly for the past 2 months in the same vehicle. Would like either a new battery or a refund.

I needed a battery replaced in key fob for my Nissan Roque Sport. The store employee busted the keyfob while trying to open it to replace battery. This occurred on 4/12/2023. I ended up spending $150.00 plus applicable tax to have new fob made at Nissan dealership. Today is 5/21/2023 I’ve had no response and still awaiting a refund. Not happy!

Every time I see that scratch on my vehical that your employee at the store in hanover co virginia caused "vadalized" I get ticked off. Something needs to be done about him and that racist mgr. She even told me that she was going to call 911 on me. All I did was complain. My name is w.E. Lockett. They should remember me.

I bought 4 AGM batteries for my 2 delsels a couple years ago, one battery went bad became to hot to touch. The truck has been in storage for over a year with a battery tender on it. I was told you don't cover batteries over 2 years old. Batteries were purchased in Marinette WI
