In September 2018,Darnell Williams hired me as the new property manager of Kilbourn Commons at 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue in Milwaukee,Wisconsin, I got rid of bad tenants from Princinetta Thurman who lived in Apt 201 who like to play her music real loud with her surround sound stereo, She don't give tenants their peace and quiet in that apartment buildings.Shuran Hagwood who lived in Apt 105 was living there half off his rent until I told him that he cannot in that apartment building paying half off his rent, He got mad and He took off and left Kilbourn Commons I got a new grey back door put in outside in the back.I got new doors and new windows put in the front and back hallways.When I was the apartment manager of Kilbourn Commons, Me and Darnell Williams had a talk with each other and We got into an argument and That's when I quit Team Management in 2019,Because of Darnell Williams and his foolishness and his craziness!

Darnell Williams, Susan Kissinger and the rest of the staff are dirty and full of crap! Because, What happened was in March 2016 when 28 West Apts sold Kilbourn Commons to Team Management LLC, The good tenants moved out of Kilbourn Commons, because of bedbugs and other stuff! Darnell hired Milan the black lady Assistant Property manager until he fired her in 2016, because she rented Apt 216 to Prentiss Brown behind Darnell's back, Apt 216 needed a new stove Milan did not know about it. Darnell hired Rosie GaLarza in the Fall of 2016, In 2017, property. In the wintertime in 2017 Rosie and Team Management tells all the tenants not to use the oven to heat your apartment. Kevin Dauden's mother Mary Dauden threaten to sue Rosie for her lying and false information about the heat coming back on inside the building. In 2018, Rosie got a bad attitude against black tenants and She don't get get along with no black tenants! She rented to bad black tenants who damage apartment property, Play their music loud, Setting apartment on fire and threaten good tenants to cause them to move out of their apartments! Darnell Williams pulled Rosie GaLarza from Kilbourn Commons and Put her at Holton Street lofts, because of her complaints from the black tenants! The black tenants jumped on her back and threatened to beat her down. Darnell Williams hired Philip Bowers, Him and Darnell got into an argument. Philip quit Team Management, Darnell hired Frank who wears a turban on his head until he quit for one month. Do not get a job with Team Management in the future, because Darnell Williams will start problems with you! Stay away from Team Management go to a different property manangement in the future!
