As will almost all businesses, this one in particular has been hit by the labor shortages and had to shut down on Sunday's. Perfectly fine, but I made an appointment and had a confirmation for the day they were going to be closed. No one from the store made any effort at all to contact me, and I would have been perfectly fine with rescheduling. I planned my afternoon around my service, and I showed up to a closed sign. A little pissed at that moment, yes, but still not over the top. Called the store to complain, and tried to be a nice about it as possible. I wanted to make sure this didn't happen again. That is when things started to get ugly. I explained my situation to the store, and told them I was upset only because no one made any effort to alert me. The person at the store kept telling me they did call me but never even asked who I was so not really sure how he would know anyone called me. I know they didn't and I have call history to prove they did not. He got very dismissive and kept telling me there was nothing they could do about it. Sure they can; they can let someone know when the appointment needs to be rescheduled or not confirm it at all to begin with. Then, he became very rude, and eventually hung up on me. Great customer service here.
Desired outcome: I just want them to own up their their mistake
