My recently injured husband (crushed heel of foot so has to use crutches) went on line and booked an appointment for a haircut for 1.75 hours later. This gave us a chance to run a couple of errands while in town as its a 45 minute drive time each way to the Great Clips. When we got to Great Clips, there was a line out the door, which we expected and that's why my husband made the reservation, we were told that it would be an hour wait time standing in line. We told the young lady that my husband had made an on-line reservation and was unable to stand for an hour or any other length of time. She said there was nothing she could do because all these other people were in line and got there before us (we were approx. 13 minutes early for his appointment) so we'd have to wait. We again told her he had made a reservation and she said she was sorry "but it wouldn't be fair to all the other people who were here first". Obviously we were very unhappy to have driven the whole way in to town, unable to get the much needed haircut and for such an obviously asinine response from the employee.
