I live in Europe. In order to purchase goods from some US stores it is necessary to contract an agent who supplies a US delivery address and then forwards the goods to you (for a fee). All of these agents are much alike. They do what they promise. I have used several over the years and never had a problem. Most will offer a 'buy for me' service wherby you choose the US store and the goods required. The agent then buys the goods and you pay the agent using a debit card or PayPal. UsGoBuy cropped up on a search and I decided to use them to buy some items from Walmart (WM). I chose the goods and payed UsGoBuy.. Big mistake. After 14 days there was no sign the goods had arrived at their storehouse for onward transmission to me. Attempts to contact USGB (8) and emails (4) produced no response. I decided to do a little investigation. This company is not based in Portlànd but in China. I raised a dispute with PayPal which resulted in an email from 'monica' (sic) at USGB stating that WM 'always cancel orders' (news to me). And that I should wait (beginning to sound familiar?). At the time of writing this, there is no response from USGB. I continue with my PayPal dispute. USGB are daft. The order from WM was for $140. Hardly a kings ransom and we'll worth their name not appearing here. Beware! There are some dodgy folk out there...

I had a similar experience and I can tell that every 5 star review of USGoBuy, around the web, was written by USGoBuy themselves! The broken English, the ironic emphasis on superior communication, the generally glowing language — it all rings true. My experience with USGoBuy was a nightmare, and I would suggest that you NOT use them. They took my money, and their sweet time. Purchases are made by manually by one of their few agents. So, if something is time-sensitive, you'll be biting your nails waiting for the transaction to go through. These agents are also thoroughly incompetent. Mine put down the wrong address to his own business, and had my order mis-delivered. No one at USGoBuy monitors the shipping status, so mistakes can only be caught by you, the client, but you won't be able to change anything, because your name won't be on the order. The customer service reps, Selina and Justin, are polite, but clueless at best and dishonest at worst. They tell you that they'll do this or that to fix a problem, but nothing ever happens. They tell you they'll be in touch, but they never call back. It's the same promise every time, but sometimes they'll invent something to shut you up. I was told, after two weeks of phone and email inquiries, that my order had finally been collected from USPS and brought to the right address. Their website never confirmed that, and over a week later, USPS returned my package to the seller. It had always been at the USPS warehouse. In my near decade of proxy use, I have never wasted so much time and money on such incompetent and dishonest fools. Their rates are low, but even then, they aren't worth the stress and the disappointment.

Be aware that merchandise will miraculously disappear and you will not get any proof unless you pay for picture. This is the biggest fraud I ever encountered. And you will not get a refund of your loss.

It has been two weeks now and my items are still not on the way to me. Their buyforme shopper couldn't buy from any website other than amazon, even my eBay items were cancelled and that is where my nightmare began, then they would charge overpriced fees including for service. It's kind of sad they charge this much when all they use to buy on amazon are gift card which were gotten for much less(Another scammy way to make money off customers). They wouldn't update orders with tracking info timely and when they finally did, they made me go through the hassles of webmoney and all the verification and delays it entails when they could have just provided me with their receiving info and then I split the payments so they could go through. Now I have paid for my items to be shipped since 24hrs, this is what they say on the final page, yet the warehouse didnt ship my package all through the whole of friday and then i have to wait until monday now since they dont work on weekends. In all, it is a very terrible experience as I have used other services which were timely, less expensive and didnt put a huge toll of stress on me. I would advise anyone not to use them. I will never use them and neither of my friends will. I have also provided all of my identity things to them yet they continue to randomly say I need to verify my identity. Can't only imagine if these private documents get into the wrong hands. Don't be fooled by the positve comments on here, they are either as fake as USGOBUY or paid for.

I have experienced the worst customer service from these people (who I believe are actually based in china) I am missing a large part of my order, the most expensive part! They have blamed couriers, blamed Walmart and requested proof from me. I purchased insurance - id love to actually see the insurance document but no responses are forthcoming. As a poster above said - I bet all the 5 star reviews scattered around are from them, they are all made by people with only one review (no valid accounts). This company is a fraud and should be shut down!

Dear All,

Once again i find myself writing to these kind of email to USGOBUY.
I honestly cannot understand if this company is simply unprofessional or looking for sneaky ways to scam people.
First my order got cancelled and I was not notified..
Secondly, when I was finally refunded i got only a portion of the moment.
After much hassle and about 50 phone calls that went unanswered I was finally refunded all my money, about three days later, and they pretended I was crazy, that the money was there all along.
The cherry on top of all this nonsense is the new development that occurred, yesterday..
After paying an outrageous 3106.47 USD shipping fee, I thought my nightmare with USGOBUY was finally over... But noooo.
As soon as I was finished paying, I got not one but two emails claiming that I have two new packages that has just arrived at the warehouse.. How could that be? I thought to myself, as it has been weeks since I have not ordered anything. So, I did the only logical thing- I requested to get some photos of the mystery packages. From the first photo I got the tracking number, and was able to track that parcel. It arrived at that warehouse, on 16.01.2019...(Exactly as amazon said) Today is the 07.03.2019. Even better yet, It was handed over to a guy named Ken. Well Mr. Ken. What on earth have you been doing with my package for so freaking long? Keeping it warm perhaps? And you decided it was perfect to had it back to me only after I've already paid 3000 USD for shipping?
So, as I type this email, I received a second email from USGOBUY. With 5 blurry photos of the second package. This time the photo was so bad I couldn't make out the tracking number. That is okay, I will use the tracking number given to me when I bought said package. So this package was delivered on the 14.01.

Is this a joke or is this company taking me for a fool?

Well, either way you better have a great explanation to why my two packages magically appeared right after I've paid so much to have everything shipped together.

Plus, they give you a calculator that supposedly, calculate the shipping cost.. Well that is a big fat lie also.. No surprise there..

You better have a good explanation for this.
This company is a fraud, a scam and unprofessional.
