Vacations Made Easy review: tickets in nashville, tn 4

And the sales pitch was not an hour and a half like they said...ours was over 3 hours before we had to get totally irate and make a scene before they would give us our "promised" gifts. Another couple that was there at the same time, we ran into in Nashville later and they were there for 6 hours!

Will never use VME again. We went to Nashville, they offered us the all access armbands for 20 a piece versus 40. Which we bought.Then told us we had to sit through their sales spiel. and they needed a yes today. After 15 min & us telling them we wouldn’t be saying yes. They told us we still had 5 min before the tour started & we could leave if we wanted. But couldn’t have the armbands we purchased. Still waiting on that refund. The redneck bus tour was canceled at the last minute supposed equipment failure, but they were driving all over Broadway. Still waiting on that refund! We left a day early, they refuse to refund the day. Even though the room was clearly available to be rented to someone else. Think twice before you use these people!

The worst company ever! we arrived 1.5 hours early just as instructed however the area we had to go to in sc was like a village of 100 business and we drove around while talking to the customer service rep who was located out of state! they were using google maps and still struggled then when we got the vouchers the employee told us to hurry because the dock was 15 mins away mind you they told us the dock was at the location where the vouchers were to be picked up! they also told us there was parking snd a shuttle to take us to the dock and it had started to rain so we raced over to the area as directed which was a hotel parking lot and marked that we couldnt park there! the one area we could park was blocked off by a concrete arm! there we waited and never saw a shuttle! called 5 mins before they were to depart told them we were there and the rep said is was to late the cruiser was about to depart and wouldnt wait! so I asked about a refund or to reschedule for another day of our vacation nope! no they wouldnt do either! everything was their fault! but the rob ppl and dont care if it was their fault! thieves! dont waste your money or time! horrible company!

At this point I knew how that would go and they would waste half my day trying to sell something else once I was there (I should have paid closer attention to what kind of site I was ordering on so my fault). After a call to try and cancel my order (which you cannot do without giving up most of your money because no full refunds I learned), I was able to ask for a supervisor. Supervisor was very kind and emailed my tickets to me so I didn't have to go to the office. I'm still not sure why no one else offered that service to start with. I printed tickets (they said voucher not ticket on them) and in one place it says I have to take them to the box office and exchange fir an actual ticket, then below that a couple lines, it says that the voucher is my ticket (which I found out us correct after making a stop to box office on way in. Then to top off the whole deal, I get inside the Opry House and find out my tickets are in the balcony even though I chose main level when ordering! I am not sure why they give you a choice if they just give you whatever they want anyway! I am so disappointed at this point and frustrated with the money I spent and immediately emailed Vacations Made Easy before the show even started. It has now been more than 24 hours and no response from them! I loved the Grand Ole Opry but not my experience with ordering through Vacations Made Easy!
